Bookings

Reservation: Contact, us via email or phone to make a reservation for services. Bookings can be subject to alteration.

Rescheduling If you have to cancel or reschedule your reservation, Please notify us at least 48-hours prior to. If you cancel within 48 hours, it could be charged a fee.

Terms of Payment

Costs Charges applicable to the services we provide will be revealed during the booking process. All fees are subject to taxes applicable.

Pay: Payments may be made with a credit or debit card. The full amount is due prior to or during the time of service.

Refunds Refunds for cancellations, or problems in service will be handled according to the specific circumstances.

The Customer’s Responsibilities

packing: If packing is completed by you, assure that your items are properly packed and labeled. We are not responsible for any damage to the items that you pack.

Valuables: The value of all valuable items must be disclosed. Things of great value must be transported by a person whenever possible.

Loading and unloading: Be sure to have an appropriate access to your property. Let us know about any access or parking restrictions.

Prohibited Articles

We don’t transport perishables, illegal products animal or plant material. If you discover the items you have in your possession, we will get them out and eliminate them at your own expense.

Claims

Claims All claims must be reported within 7 days of the date of finalization. Please send us all the information along with supporting evidence.

resolution of conflict If a dispute occurs it is recommended that you contact us directly to resolve the problem. If there is no solution then you can take the matter to a mediator or arbitration.
